Personal Metaphor
“I feel like a sad flower that only needs water” was my metaphor. I chose this simile because I try to compare to something that really describes me. And a sad flower really does. In this picture I was trying to express how I feel when I need someone to talk to or just see that people really care about me. Because of my feelings the mood that I try to capture was sad or depressing. The simile and the mood of the picture really work together.
In this picture if you see I try to put myself in the big flower. Before I put myself in the flower I try to work with the composition of the flower. For me it really work because I change that flower and left the once around the same. I wanted to make this picture simple but also big that it makes everyone see the feeling or the mood of the art. Because of the big flower and me trying to change to each other; that was the main point and the main focus of this picture. I try my best to put everything together and I really accomplished it. If you look at the art work it really has a really amazing composition.
This project was fun. What I really like about this picture is how the flower and myself blend together or try to blend together to just formed one thing. That hardest thin for me was to make the picture that I borrow from the internet be mine. I try my best and it really shows the difference between one and another. What I think I could have done better was make the picture brighter. And if I had to chance something from this picture it would be the bright and contrast of the picture. I love this project.
